Salary/Rate: £22,000 per Annum
1st Line Support Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a fast growing IT Services Company in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be expected to provide 1st Line Support, either on site or via telephone to a diverse user base. Responsible for supporting all desktop applications, hardware faults on laptops, PCs, printers and the companies infrastructure.
• Experience providing high quality 1st line support
• In depth knowledge of Citrix XENAPP 6.X -7.X, Citrix XENDESKTOP 7.X
• Experience with APPSENSE, Backup exec would be beneficial.
