Salary/Rate: £400 per Day
We have an immediate, short term need for business analyst skills to bring additional capacity and expertise in customer analytics.
With your keen eye for detail, you will develop customer behaviour analysis, allowing us to develop our understanding of customer contact and interaction with council services which we will use to target resources to realise our digital channel shift ambitions.
You will be responsible for analysing data, creating management information and identifying areas of opportunity and risk across our borough. It is vital that you possess enhanced analytical skills combined with both the imagination and pragmatism necessary to identify opportunities for intervention and change based on your findings.
You must have excellent knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have a background in Maths, Statistics, or IT, and experience in a Business Intelligence or Customer Insight role.
