Coordination Analyst – Administrator – Service Request – Admin Support – FTSE100 – Insurance in Bromley London

A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices with one of the roles being a Coordination Analyst who will be responsible for providing pro-active support for the operational management of suppliers, contracts and processing of work orders.

The role will perform a range of administration and professional support functions in support of departmental activities.

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Provide pro-active support to for operational management of contracts
Process service requests from business to suppliers
Facilitating all new project requests from new Infrastructure to individual resource requests – taking the request from initial requirement through the proposal process including procurement to delivery phases.
Day to day support in the management of operational activities

Skills Required:

Experience in providing administrative and operational support within a technology department.
Experience providing support to the operations management and admin of contracts and suppliers.
