Service Catalogue Manager – ServiceNow – Service Management – RAID Risk Issue – FTSE100 – Insurance in Bromley London

A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices with one of the roles being an Service Catalogue Manager who will be responsible for defining, maintaining and ensuring the integrity and consistency of end to end Technology Service Management processes aligned to Service Management strategies, architectures, policies and standards

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Own and maintain the service catalogue.
Ensure all operational services and all services being prepared for operational running are recorded within the service catalogue.
Ensure all information within the Service Catalogue is accurate and up to date and consistent with the Service Portfolio.
Develop, maintain, communicate and execute a robust process management, process governance and process assurance framework integrating component services and suppliers into an effective, efficient end to end process. Align with agreed Service Management architectures, policies and standards.

This role has an above market rate salary banding (enquire for further info, cannot be published online), excellent benefits package and great employee initiatives.

Skills Required:

This role requires extensive experience managing a technology service catalogue in a large scale environment.
Solid experience with ServiceNow will be beneficial.
A strong understanding of ITIL principals will be key
