Service Desk Analyst – IT Support 1st & 2nd Line, Windows 7, AD, Exchange, ITIL, Global Support – Surrey/Greater London

Service Desk Analyst is required to join a Global Supprt Team, carrying out 1st & 2nd line support. Essential experience includes 2+ years Service Desk/Helpdesk support, ideally support big user base ITIL environments with technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange 2007 etc.

As a support analyst you will be managing incidents and requests, including receiving, recording, troubleshooting, escalating and actively resolving incidents and requests using the telephone, remote access services and e-mail and any other IT related issues.

Essential

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with a variety of people over the phone
Some experience of MS Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange 2007
Strong analytical thinker with a curious mind and a passion for the small detail
Certified or knowledge of ITIL preferred but not essential
Knowledge of Service Now or a similar logging or workflow management system
