Service Desk Manager – IAM Identity Access Management – 1st Line Support 2nd Line Support Management – Supplier Management – Insurance Bromley London

A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices with one of the roles being a Service Desk Manager who will oversee the operational delivery of Service Desk and Identity Access Management in an outsourced IT environment.

You will govern and provide assurance that the Service Desk meets agreed customer requirements and ensure effective collaboration relationships between internal operational teams/3rd party suppliers

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Manage, govern, and co-ordinate the delivery of a Technology Service Desk and Identity Access Management function via a combination of 3rd party suppliers, internal functions, processes and tools.
Ensure the Service Desk and Identity Access Management understand business, services and operations and are fully compliant with process and standards and customer service expectations.
Support and execute the Service Desk strategy (increase in self-service adoption, up to date knowledge etc.)

Skills Required:

Demonstrable experience of working in a Service Desk
Management capacity – suitable to a FTSE100 business.
Ability to demonstrate experience great interaction skills throughout a large organisation
Experience of working in a mixed Internal and External outsourced model.
