Service Modeller – Service Design – ServiceNow – Service Management – RAID Risk Issue – FTSE100 – Insurance in Bromley London

A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices with one of the roles being a Service Modeller who will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, communicating and administering a forecasting model to accurately capture the cost of delivering Technology run services.

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Collaborate with various Technology Services, Finance and 3rd party suppliers to develop a model/tool which accurately translate Service Designs, service parameters and volumetric data into a cost base for delivering Technology run services.
Understand requirements, priorities and capture the drivers of service costs
Capture financial and contractual assumptions and data
Identify required data sources and data feeds
Develop and test the model on a variety of agreed scenarios

This role has an above market rate salary banding (enquire for further info, cannot be published online), excellent benefits package and great employee initiatives.

Skills Required:

This role requires extensive experience developing and implementing technology service modelling solutions in an enterprise scale environment.
Solid experience with ServiceNow will be beneficial.
A strong understanding of ITIL principals will be key.
