Service Manager – ITIL – Introduction/Engagement/Relationship – Service Introduction – Service Transition – Acceptance In Service – Insurance – Bromley London

A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices. There is a great opportunity to be part of a new structure within their Technology team across Service Introduction, Relationship, Engagement Management. (3 separate roles).

Engagement – To oversee effective Technology service relationships with business areas to ensure Technology services continue to meet agreed customer requirements. To provide governance and assurance of Service Desk and Identity Access Management operations

Introduction – responsible for managing the operational planning, governance and reporting activities of the Service Introduction function

Relationship – To lead and develop an engagement of the operational Live Services relationship with an agreed group of end users for all aspects of services delivered to them by understanding, defining, and supporting customer requirements.

This roles have an above market rate salary banding (enquire for further info, cannot be published online), excellent benefits package and great employee initiatives.

Essential:

Demonstrable experience of working in a Service Relationship/Engagement/Introduction role suitable to a FTSE100 business.
Ability to demonstrate experience great interaction skills throughout a large organisation
Experience of working in a mixed Internal and External outsourced model.
Experience of driving commercial and operational value from existing and new partners.
