Location: South London
A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices. One of the roles they’re looking to hire is a Service Quality Assurance Manager to help raise the bar in the delivery of high quality technology products and services to customers, internal and external. You will be expected to ensure the adoption of key processes and quality standards are implemented across the full technology landscape.
This role has an above market rate salary banding (enquire for further info, cannot be published online), excellent benefits package and great employee initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of the end to end IT life cycle, through to implementation and support thereafter.
Knowledge of IT Service Management and Support processes.
ITIL qualified, significant experience in a service quality role, or a IT service management
Competent in Microsoft Office and experienced in producing management reports and specifically reports with regards to service quality
Experience of establishing Quality Systems
Quality Assurance skills to assess quality and completeness of deliverables
Experience in working alongside and understanding the challenges faced by IT support staff and service managers
Comfortable with staff at all levels and able to tailor’ style in order to present information, written or verbal, to a level appropriate to the audience
