Technical Design Manager – ITSM
This will involve migrating the data, tickets and managing the new processes and workflows.
The ideal person will have carried out the above and managed an identical project previously.
Autotask experience is a nice to have, however, most essential is previous experience of migrating from one ITSM tool to another with indepth understanding of the data, tickets, process and workflows.
Once the migration has happened they will need to then roll this out to the client which essentially is the current service desk, then onto the GP’s, Dentists and other CCG clients.
NHS is a nice to have but Public Sector is essential
