A nationally recognised Insurance company are looking to expand their IT Technical Services team in the Bromley-based offices. One of the roles they’re looking to hire is a Technical Quality Assurance Manager to provide collaboration with multiple technology streams to ensure that development and deployment of products and services meet customer expectations.

You will be expected to technically assure the development of key products and services across the entire IT landscape. To ensure that processes are being complied with and that the IT deliverables meet the desired outcomes

This role has an above market rate salary banding (enquire for further info, cannot be published online), excellent benefits package and great employee initiatives.

Essential:

Excellent IT technical knowledge, specifically with regard to IT hardware, infrastructure, IT Security and cloud technologies. An appreciation of software development methodologies and best practice testing principles and strategies would also be desirable.
Significant experience and will have previously worked in a technical assurance role
An understanding of IT governance methodologies such as TOGAF and COBIT
An appreciation of IT Risk and a pragmatic approach to risk mitigation
Experience in working alongside and understanding the challenges faced by IT architects designers and developers
Comfortable with staff at all levels and able to tailor’ style in order to present information, written or verbal, to a level appropriate to the audience
