Time or Materials

 Time spent on providing this service will be recorded as well as the resources used. The cost will not correlate to the overall outcomes. 

Deliverables

This is a performance-based SOW that clearly lays out the purpose and objectives of the recruiting project. Outcomes are outlined but the method on how they are achieved will be varied. 

Staff Augmentation

This involves an evaluation of existing team/company capability and then determining which additional skills are required to complete the project.

Initial Objectives

Our client elected to engage the exclusive services of Nexere to source specialist skills for a high-profile, business-critical project. 

The approach was for Nexere to source and on-board the skills within a given timeframe, at an agreed unit rate per man day of service, and to allow for an extension of services if the scope of the project should change/extend. 

The client agreed profiles against the project plan and requirements, which were understood fully by the Nexere Account Manager, who is highly experienced in this sector.

Method

To ensure that Nexere and the specialist client could work effectively from day 1, an on-boarding process was signed off and agreed as part of the service provision. 


A highly experienced Account/Delivery Manager was assigned to the client as the single point of contact, supported by a capable team including delivery consultants, contractor care and compliance. 

The Account Manager was in regular contact with the specialists and the client (Line Manager/stakeholder engagement and also in liaison with the procurement team to ensure client satisfaction and effective processes. 

Outcome

Invoicing was based on monthly service deliverables. 


Nexere offers flexibility and is able to work in an agile manner to respond to resource/project changes. Work completed is signed off by the customer to evidence satisfaction with the services delivered.
